Mechanical Engraving

When more than just a light mark is required – CNC machine engraving  (also known as rotary engraving) – produces a deep mechanical engraving into stainless, aluminium, brass, metals and non-metallic materials.

Direct Laser Marking

Non-contact direct laser marking, unlike CNC or mechanical engraving, does not require the engraving clamps to secure the piece prior to engraving.

We work with our customers to achieve the perfect engraving solution. Engraving a large part or a sheet of metal with a unique product code are all jobs we do on a regular basis.

Aircraft Panels

Engraving of flat panels for aircraft and curved panels is challenging. We are able to engrave through the top layer material to the base white coat without engraving through to the base material.

We use market leading engraving laminates (replacing Traffolyte) that are designed to be durable and work in harsh environments. Our engraving laminates are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and come in a variety of colour combinations.

Direct laser marking is the preferred method for branding of medical devices. The process produces a permanent, high contrast mark that is resistant to the sterilisation process.

Tesa 6930 tamper-evident identification Laser Label

Tesa^® 6930 is a double layer, brittle acrylic film. This high-performance product is used as a tamper-evident identification label over the entire lifetime of a product. 

The backing is highly resistant against chemicals, abrasion, temperature and ageing. The adhesive system consists of a resin-modified acrylic suitable even for low-energy surfaces.

3M 7848 Laser Markable Label

3M^® 7848 is a specialty laser engravable film label. The 350 high holding acrylic adhesive backing bonds well to HSE (high surface energy) plastics, LSE (low surface energy) plastics, metals, painted metals and powder coatings. The 350 adhesive also offers great temperature, chemical, and environmental resistance which prevents the label from curling, peeling or detaching later on.
