What materials can you cut and/or engrave on?
With decades of “hands-on” experience and an array of engraving technologies, we engrave across a wide range of materials from soft to hard materials.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is ONE upwards. Our production area and team are setup to be versatile thus allowing us to work from orders of one upwards ….
We do our best to assist customers with urgent jobs, however, we are not a while-U-wait service.
How long does it take to complete a job?
Usually, a small job will take 3 – 5 working days to complete. We will give you an indication of how long your job will take to complete.
A few factors determine how long it takes us to complete a job:
- The actual processing/production time
- The quantity
- Artwork required
- setup of the job
- any materials or fabrication required
- current workload
- Unforeseen circumstances that we have no control over
How do I get a quote?
Our quotes are based on how a job will take us to complete. We take into account the setup, engraving and other steps to complete your job. We may also work out material availability and costs. As we are a computerised engraving company, we may also need to generate artwork files to assist us with quoting and to determine processing run times.
Some quotes take a bit longer than others to put together due to the factors mentioned above.
We do stock a wide range of materials and ready-to-engrave products.

Can I get a quote over the phone or text message?
This is not always possible as it does depend on the job.
What information would we require?

What format should I send my custom engraving job in?
Our primary production software we use is CorelDraw. We also have the Adobe Suite of products.
Some of our laser systems & routers use the manufacturer’s software to control the system. This gives us a greater control over the machine and the process, this includes importing spreadsheets and processing images
What materials do you stock?
We do stock a wide range of materials and not everything is listed on our website. We are always on the lookout for new products and materials.
At the same time, it is not always practical or economical to carry everything in stock and we do build in any lead times that may be required to obtain materials and products into our quotes.
Will you work with material supplied by myself?
Yes, however, first contact us to confirm material sizes we can work with and if your material is safe for us to process.
Any material containing PVC or chlorides will not be processed on our lasers. We do have a router that we may be able to process your order.
Will you engrave any personal message or image?
From time to time engrave something naughtier or a private than routine engraving requests.
We reserve the right not to engrave or do a job with images, text, graphics or logos that may be illegal, offensive, unsuitable or another reason deemed as such by ourselves, without any explanation.
Can you engrave non-English text?
Yes. Engraving of non-English text we would always provide a proof to confirm the engraving is correct and you can carefully check the wording to make sure the wording is correct.
Left-to-right script: Aboriginal languages, Czech, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Korean, Madeiran, Scottish Gaelic, Slavik languages, Spanish, Turkish, Welsh
Right-to-left script: Arabic, Aramaic, Hebrew, Kurdish
Beyond this world script: Elvish, Galactic Basic, Klingon, Na’vi, Shyriiwook

What delivery service options do you offer?
We offer delivery and also a same day courier service in the Adelaide area.
Local delivery, direct same day service, express service.
Deliveries Australia wide including remote areas.
For delivery options overseas, please contact us to discuss.
What forms of payments do you accept?
- All major Credit Cards: We have credit card facilities at our offices. We only accept in-person transactions. We do not accept card details over the phone.
- Direct bank transfers to our bank account.
- Cash – Please bring the correct amount as we do not deal in cash much and thus do not have much change.
- Pay online: Emailed Invoices will have a direct link to our online payment services. You can securely pay your invoice using your credit card.
Do produce VIN plates?
No, legally we are not allowed to reproduce a VIN (vehicle’s identification number or chassis number) plate. Please contact your State Transport Authority to find out how to acquire a surrogate VIN plate. We do produce Trailer Plates for new trailers, used trailers and imported trailers.
